Everybody loves a good sale. Saving some amount on a product gives everyone a kind of satisfaction. But when you see a huge difference from the actual price, would it not strike your mind that there might be something fishy about it? There are cases when you might get a genuine discount, like a clearance sale during lean season of businesses. But when you are buying something which has a warranty and a subscription and the company is clearing up their stock to shut down, is it a good idea to invest in such a product because of a discount? And when you are buying a GPS why do you behave like it’s not a GPS tracker but some item from the streets? Are you buying a GPS or a pen drive???
Importance of good quality and reliable service
Explaining the benefits of GPS tracking and features is much easier nowadays. People are aware of the concept a little bit. They also understand the need for having a GPS tracker in their vehicle.
But, why don’t they understand the importance of having a GOOD QUALITY device with RELIABLE SERVICE? Is there any point of having a tracker in your vehicle and not able to track it in when needed? Just because you were getting a device in a little less, are you willing to compromise with the safety of a car worth lakhs? How is that sensible?
Buying clothes in a clearance sale on expensive brand and buying a GPS device is not the same. You can try on the clothes you are buying in the sale, can check if it is defective or not, but if you buy a cheap GPS device, how would you know if the device is sending you false data or the company won’t switch off their number when yours is stolen.
Or buying a Pendrive from the footpath. It is way cheaper than an original one but there is no guarantee that it would be working or not. But it wouldn’t be the same with while buying GPS tracker. People do regret buying cheap GPS
We have had people who come to us regretting their choice of getting a GPS device at a lower cost. The pain saving a few rupees and being helpless while their vehicle got stolen just because of that is pretty common. Let me tell you some examples we have come across.
- One of our customers called us one day and in a very panicked voice said, that someday stole his car and he is not able to track it. we checked immediately. But his car was exactly where it should be. Then he told us that it’s not ours, it was some other GPS company in his other car. When he called the GPS company and told them about his missing car, they switched off their mobile number and he had no idea how to trackback his car.
He requested us to help him in the matter and we did. What happened was, the tracker was showing the car static for hours. But the power of the GPS was disconnected from the car. The GPS was sending

- This is the story of one of our customers in Mahua, Mukundpur, Bihar. On the 12th of January, his car was stolen from Gaurichak at 1:22 AM. The next morning, he noticed that his car was missing. Did he panic? No. Instead, he took out his phone, opened our app, saw where the was. Then he gave an engine cutoff command around 7:00 AM. Till 7:00 AM, he had reported the police about the theft and shared the car’s location with them. The police did their part and the car was recovered till 9:25 AM the same day.
