Most of us today when hear the word GPS, we visualize Navigation, mostly Google Navigation. Although this serves all practical purposes, it’s far from the truth.
Actually, GPS stands for Global Positioning Systems, which is a group of 🛰 Satellites, which helps us to 📍 pin point the location.
How we use this information is up to us. Whether we use it to navigate to a location, or to Track the location of something/someone or just to study a particular area or route, it’s completely up to us.
Another point to remember is that, this group of Satellites is completely owned and operated by the 🇺🇸 US Government. But more about this later.
